David Margolis entered the car business as a sales consultant over a decade ago. Within three years he was promoted to finance manager, followed by a promotion to sales manager, and then to general sales manager. By age twentyeight he climbed the ranks to a general manager for one of the largest privately owned organizations in the world. With his leadership he took the dealership to among the highest in the country, in both sales volume and customer satisfaction ratings. He was then challenged to do the same with another local dealership, and within two years he elevated it to among the highest in the nation as well.
Today, after having great success in the automotive industry, he has created THE MARGOLIS COMPANY, a company geared solely towards developing and enhancing the performance of organizations through its individuals. He has trained sales consultants and managers at all levels, as well as developed and implemented processes, systems, and specific how-to’s that create change, growth, leadership, teamwork, a solid culture, and an environment for constant learning and never-ending improvement. These processes and systems are industry proven, and are based on simple and intelligent methods that ensure breakthrough success in the real world.

David obtained a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences at the California State University at Northridge and received a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands School of Business. He is also a member of The National Speakers Association and The American Society for Training and Development.
